Policy of the time period for return or exchange of purchases: When wishing to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first. The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any change, and the customer bears the full shipping costs. The cost of the product will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product, before the shipment is sent. After the shipment is sent, the customer has the right to exchange within 7 working days, and must bear the full shipping costs and any difference in the product cost if applicable. If the product is defective, or does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days, and in this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs including: tracking number – shipping – and cost. The customer then has the right to a full refund. Products included in discounts and offers are not exchangeable or refundable, except in case of a defect in the product, see: Article 4 of the return and exchange policies. Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases: – No return is accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt. – When the product has been changed from its original condition for any reason. – When used beyond the purpose of testing. – Products that have been manufactured at the customer’s request according to specified requirements.
